Up or Out is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of the companies, exchanges or index providers mentioned (including the providers of the DAX, Dow Jones, CAC 40, FTSE 100 and Nikkei 225).

The content is put together with care, but no guarantee is given for its accuracy, completeness or timeliness. As a service provider I am responsible for my own content under the general laws (§ 7 Abs. 1 DDG). I am not obliged to monitor third-party information that is transmitted or stored (§§ 8 to 10 DDG); if I become aware of an infringement, I will remove the content concerned.
